Who is Emery?

Emery was created by the team at Franco Bicycles as a brand focused on e-mobility.

This is not our first rodeo. Founded in 2007, Franco Bicycles specializes in premium, high-performance road and gravel bikes. You can learn more at francobicycles.com.

Where can I order an Emery?

We are currently accepting pre-orders for the Emery ONE with a 10% deposit. You can place your order via our website, by phone at 805-498-3700 or in person at our showroom: 3533 Old Conejo Rd. #110, Newbury Park, CA 91320

What happens after I pay my deposit?

Probably some high-fives on both ends. After that, we will contact you within 7 days of reserving your Emery ONE to discuss your bike options: sizing, motor selection, color, and other available package upgrades and accessories. Of course, feel free to reach out at any time.

A second deposit equalling 50% of the total price will be due 4 weeks before delivery. 

Final payment will be due upon delivery.

When do I get my Emery ONE?

Orders are currently scheduled to begin shipping out late summer or fall. Those who ordered the Founders Edition will get priority delivery.

 We will update you monthly with your estimated delivery date. Please email us at hi@emerybikes.com or give us a call at (805) 498-3700 if you have further questions.

How will my Emery ONE ship?

Of course. Prior to shipping, every Emery ONE will be assembled, QC'd, and test ridden by our team to ensure it's ready for you. Your Emery is then packaged and shipped to your address of choice.

Partial re-assembly or installation of components is required upon receipt.

Shipping is done via ground freight and is $200.

Can you ship outside the US?

We are not currently shipping outside of the USA. But we're working on fixing that soon, so let us know if you're interested in an Emery abroad.

Is my deposit refundable?

Indeed it is. You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as you let us know 3 days after the confirmation of your delivery date.

How often should I service my bike?

We recommend to have your Emery ONE serviced every 6 to 9 months to keep everything running smoothly.

You are always welcome to bring your Emery ONE to our Newbury Park, CA location.

Too far? No problem! While the Emery ONE is the first of its kind, we have designed it to be easy to service. Find an electric bike shop near you and they can help you out!
